Anti-Mic Spam Plugin

At the request of many, many users (and finally Evolv), I have removed the anti-micspam plugin from the main surf server. This means you can now use HLSS or HLDJ without being automuted by the server.

Don't abuse it, or it's going back on permanently.

hey hey, that lecture is very educational, there is no reason for you to be playing ymca while you should be learning!!!
YMCA IS CLASSIC!
But i guess the string theory is classic as well. Ill worry about that when i graduate high school :lol:
